963 Hz Frequency: Crown Chakra and the Pineal Gland

963 Hz is the highest of the nine Solfeggio frequencies. It is often called the "frequency of the gods" or the frequency of unity.

Meaning
In the chakra tradition, 963 Hz is paired with the crown chakra (Sahasrara) at the top of the head — a symbol of connection, unity and spirituality. Online, it is also linked to the pineal gland, the small gland that produces melatonin and that Descartes called the "seat of the soul." Claims that 963 Hz "activates" or "decalcifies" the pineal gland have no scientific basis.

A 963 Hz meditation (10 minutes)
1. Set 963 Hz at a low volume — it is a high, bright tone.
2. Sit with a straight spine, eyes closed.
3. Bring your attention to the top of your head.
4. Imagine soft white or violet light; breathe slowly.
5. Finish with a minute of silence.

If the tone feels too sharp, lower the volume or alternate with 7.83 Hz on the coils to feel more grounded.

Playing 963 Hz precisely
Type 963 then OK on the Sacred Frequency Generator and connect a speaker via the 3.5 mm jack.
