Dear Jagex support team,

My name is Daniel Ojomo, And my RuneScape username was Bounty_D. Ive been looking around for a way to become in touch with JaGex staff. My RuneScape account was recently banned for macro abuse. I was on a last chance appeal to begin with, and had no part in anything against policy. Im aware that macro detection is, to put it bluntly, scanned using a system to tell if clicks go back to the same pixel, as in recording devices, and has some part to do with Random Events, which i have little knowledge of. Between one way or another, i managed to slip into these two situations. Over my RuneScape career, I have commited quite a few offences, many that i now regret. When i first started playing this game, I was under the recommended age, and still very young to be playing a massive game such as this. Hence my short temper caught me many offences, most of these were language. I was permanently muted until i became aware of my offences and began to correct them. JaGex gave me a last chance appeal, and since i have been unmuted and living a healthy lifestyle of RuneScape and Real Life, just like is suggested in the Knowledge Base. Even since then, i have had no offences. Until this day. April 21, 2008. I was very angry at these false accusations put forward by your team, but i do otherwise respect them. Many people would leave their ban be, and think nothing else of it. But, I have turned into a well rounded person because of my attitude change toward other players and people together. This is the only way ive found to contact anyone at JaGex. I was so angered during my appeal that i put in random stuff not relating to my situation at all, I also regret this. Please reconsider my appeal, or take this as a appeal. I would not even mind being muted again, i would just like my hard work and stuggle back. My communication can be stripped.
