the sun's out again
can't say he's my friend
gotta thank him for all existence
but I can't think of anything but this
purple paper on my lap
what are you doing paper, taking a nap?
it's no time for that
gotta draw something like a hat
or maybe a rainbow, nah that's not you
saying so would be untrue
what do you want to be, purple one?
you'll be completely different once I'm done
origami maybe?
I could origami you into a baby
haha just kidding that's too hard
for someone with no skill in art
you'll just be my canvas alright?
I'll be with you until night
turning you into a star
without changing what you are
don't mean to get you down
you're the coolest purple paper around
it's just that you're lacking a bit
so I'll fix you up so you're a hit
everyone will come to town
just to see the best purple paper around
