711NET Oper Guidelines

1. IRCOps are not to interfere with channels that they don't have access to.
2. Global & Wallops are to be used for server-related issues only
3. No akills/masskicks/chanclear of any channel without consent of other opers to close a channel.
3. Additional o-lines/link blodks will be added only when all opers aprove it
4. Excessive spamming/flooding users or channels from opers will not be tolerated
5. Opers will stay neutral in all channel conflicts

7. Channel forbids & G/K/Z-lines will not be placed without a proper reason
8. No Excessive unnecessary use of oper privileges (use common sense)
9. When using the SuperAdmin status do not leave the status enabled
10. No adding operflags to normal users by OperServ
