Hi, I will be leaving you negative feedback as the item was sent second class and you waited 2 weeks before dispatch. You said you posted it on the 28th April (email dated 29 april said you posted it 'yesterday') but this was a lie you sent it on the 31st. As for the initial 2 week delay, you said you were in hospital, that is fine but when you sent it you should have sent it first class or faster to make up for the wait. And you shouldn't have lied about when you sent it as it made me worry more than necessary that it had got lost. It's not like first class would have taken the price up to more than the p&p you charged me either. I am very disappointed you didn't reply to my specific questions in my emails. You have bad communications, slow dispatch, unfair p&p and are a liar. I will say as much in my feedback. If you want to rectify any of what you have done concerning this transaction then contact me asap.
