Target Corporation
I chose to do my report on the Target corporation. The first Target store was opened in Roseville, Minnesota in 1962. Target was known for its “new” trend clothes and styles. Target was known for being a clean and attractive store. Target was a new retail store that would change the stores forever. Discount shopping was Targets recipe for success.
Today Target operates about 1,500 in 47 states. There are also over 170 Super Target’s that are up and running. There are restaurants in just about every Target and Super Target, which offer quality food. The meat, deli and produce sections of Target are especially good. Great deals and great food are in store for you at Target.
