Inc

1. check to make sure file has not already been downloaded
2. Ask the user if they need both the source and the deps 1 or 2 (1= just the source) (2= Both the source and deps)
3. downloads with a status bar (something like |--------------------------------| or something thats better)
4. equivilant for error messages 404,403, the tarball not being available yet..... etc etc
5. download the file
