Hi Stephanie,
It just occurred to me that most of our meetings are at 5 PM, so if this time works for you, it also works for us for consistency's sake, as well as allowing adequate time for those of us who utilize the cafeterias to make use of them.

Additionally, we had Google-sponsored pizza at the meeting last year, and that seemed to be a great draw, allowing us to fill a moderately sized lecture hall. [?]
