What would you do to help us progress?: Above all, i take direction and dps well. A mages job is quite simple as any dps class, follow instructions and do whatever you can to up your dps.
How are you beneficial to our raids?: dps, dedication, and taking orders. love wiping on progression, but getting tired of being the only one left on my island during lurker
Would you be willing sit for others if necessary?: of course, progression is about the guild and whats best for the guild.
Do you research upcoming boss fights?: I read and watch boss fights, i generally talk to others to get an idea if they have done the fight before, usually a mages responsibilities are limited, so there is no excuse for screwing up / dying.
Are you willing to use consumables?: spellfood/flask/oil every pull every time

Can you effectively follow instructions?: One of my strongest qualities, guild cooperation is key to guild success
Can you react quickly?: nothing like a quick frost nova to save a healer. This ultimately goes back to following instructions. Most fights require preperation over quick reaction, if you are prepared you will not need to act quickly.
Are you able to switch assignments midfight?: i can tank for .5s and heal for 415hp every 1 min, not sure what else a mage could do, but ill give anything a shot

Have you ever grouped with a member of Cant Heal Stupid?: Yea, jokedog and im sure a few others from iron i have played with, when i learned how horrible iron was i went back to my old guild, aggro inc, which recently went to "perminent hiadus".
Is there anything in particular that you would like to achieve?: more than anything i love to raid, as long as other people are dedicated and want to work hard, thats what makes this game fun to me. Oh, also want to get from 1100dps i do right now to 1800. top of dps charts is always a goal.
