What are the implications of setting up an ircd on irc.wirah.com ?
Is this possible? How would this be done?
Do your terms of service allow this?
With roughly 100 users max, what kind of bandwidth are we looking at?

Hi,
The server itself would be able to cope with an IRCd, especially of that capacity, quite easily, in terms of hardware and so on. Setting up and IRCd on your server typically carries a high-ish risk of being attacked via DoS or DDoS, depending on the type and the traffic, potentially bringing the entire server down, and if large enough, other servers located near yours.
I'm fairly sure that running an IRCd is, for the above reasons, not allowed in our terms of service, but I will get our AUP department to confirm this for you.
