The way GSK treated me was quite bad and made me feel displaced without anyone really to manage / look after me here.
The bureaucracy here gets under your feet without actually achieving anything
The way processes take SO long to complete even if it is a simple thing is just stupid
The waste of paper with reports and requests that could all be done electronically surprises me
The lack of training given to those that are “System Administrators” worry me. If they can not use a Scroll bar... how can they even try to help a normal user.
The management of the place is a shambles, with the top management only recognising a small handful of people when clearly far more were involved in processes.
The top management saying that everyone needs to evaluate their processes to speed them up, while not actually allowing decent process changes to take place by being to stubborn, even if they ARE a good idea and ARE easy to implement.
The internal GSK website is a mess. (bad URL links, band formatting, hard to find anything)
The internal GSK support is severely lacking
No department intercommunication to keep standards the same across each department.
