I inserted one albums of mp3s, and they are now on my global queue. But the completion % keep jumping, almost between each refresh of /queue/. Right now its showing 17.9%, a few minutes ago it was near 8.1%.
(waits 1 minute)
Now they are at 9.7%. Something is clearly broken or weird. :)

I have this error too, I beleive that freenet confuses the files.
like if you have file a and file b and a peice of file a is inserted then it thinks that a peice of file b was also inserted.
only way I can think of avoiding this problem is going is inserting one at a time :(. which is an option in fuqid which is what Im assuming your using :P

It seems the queue is completely fucked up after 883. And it doesn't help that the devs haven't even released a new revision in the past few days! A weeks ago there were several revisions per day. WTF is going on?
