if you didnt readed the above you probarly wont be able to make a house
Now lets get it started, we are gonna move a house to a different location;
Go in game an search a nice spot where youre house should be,(where the info icon should be)
lets start with the trailer, search some nice trailer and save the spot where the info icon should be
then type /save my house outside
Then open up savedpositions.txt located in youre san andreas folder

Get the outside XYZ coord of youre new house, save it add it below all other houses
then get the XYZ coords from the inside and save it, and add that to, now you will have something like;
xoutside, youtside, zoutside,
now get coords from the inside of the house,
since there arent many more interiors we will use the 'Pirate's In Mens Chest' interior
go to it and check the interior with the /interior command the save it as;
/save pirates inside interior id "...."
now take the XYZ coords and paste them behind "xoutside, youtside, zoutside," you will now have;
xoutside, youtside, zoutside, xinside, yinside, zinside,
paste behind that "0,0,0,0,0,0" then the owner which will be "The State" then the discription, the value
then again 2 zero's.
now we will have to put the interior id behind that which you saved
