Yep I confirmed it today. The files are legitimate 64 bit and are full C4 .. EVERYTHING
It's actually the files they used for the PTS, but 3 big name servers have them now ... Time to throw in the towl
I fully tested all the c4 features today on a server that I cannot specifically name, but everything I tested works 100%. Hero system, subclasses, olympiad, new mob ai, valakas , EVERYTHING
They have added some new really cool features for GMs too including instant teleportation to where you click once its enabled ... quite fascinating
So that being said, it was fun working on l2j while it lasted
