I recently encountered this problem and I wasn't going to ask but one of my friend told me just to give it a try.
A while ago I retired from RF for about 3 months, and when I logged back in, the cart on my merchant disappeared, and the items did not return to the cart when I re-equip my cart back.
Some things that you might want to know :
1). No one knows my password, yes, that may be hard to believe but, I do not share my password with ANYONE.
2). I do not think that this happened involving another human being because the only things that were lost were the items in my cart, NOTHING ELSE has been touched. I have about 5 mil on my merchant and a lot of really good gears including the Solar God Helm on my sin and nothing has been touched BUT the disappearance of my cart.
What I am thinking is, was there a glitch somehow? or something like that? Is it possible to track things like that? like what items I had in my cart?
If you could, can you possibly look into this?
But if you really can't, just pm me back and tell me that you can't.
