Throughout my lifetime, there are many goals that I need to meet in order to feel that my life was worth something, however, two stick out above the rest. The two most important goals I have in life are to be successful in everything that I do and to have a wonderful family that I spend time with. I will most definitely need an outstanding education to meet these goals because these are not things that are easy to come by in today’s society.
The first and foremost goal I have for myself in life is to be successful in everything that I do, from being successful in school by achieving desirable grades to being successful in the workforce by making more than enough money to provide my family the best living conditions possible. My education will play a vital part in turning this goal into a reality because I will need to be well educated to attain the grades that I feel are sufficient in school. My education will also play a critical role in success in the workforce because I will need to constantly make intelligent, educated decisions about various things. If I utilize my education effectively, I will indeed be able to make this goal into a reality.
The second major goal I feel I need to fulfill in my lifetime is to spend time with my beautiful wife and kids. Without an education, I would need to work all of the time just to support my family, never spending valuable time with them. I could miss important moments of my children’s lives such as sports games and recitals due to working all of the time. By getting a proper education in both high school and college, I will not only be able to support this perfect family, but I will be there for them at the times when they need me the most.
Other goals in my life that I could not attain without an excellent education include helping others improve themselves, to work to make the world a better place, and to be a role model to all of the people around me. My education will help to make all of these things possible because I will know what to do and how to act in certain situations due to the intelligence I have unlocked during school. By meeting all of these goals, I believe my life will be a successful and well-lived life as well as a beneficial contribution to society. My last goal in life is to be laying on my deathbed and be able to look back and say that my life has truly been meaningful and complete.
