1) Ajouter en haut du fichier popup.conf du dossier ".xchat2" (dans le dossier de votre nom d'utilisateur):

Afin de ne pas avoir le "popup" xchat  chaque fichier lanc tapez dans xchat:  /set gui_auto_open_recv 0

3) 
Il est egalement sympa de mettre dans les parametres de xchat: interface => channel switcher => open utilities (tabs)
    (auquel cas le 2) n'a pas d'interet)
