	I believe Jean-Jacques Rousseau had the correct idea when he voiced his opinion on what would make for an ideal government. While Hobbes did have a very valid point in his argument regarding the peoples need for direction and leadership (and the chaos which would result in society as a result of the lack of it), he stated his opinion based on the biased sampling of humanity during his era in time.
