Terms of Use
The usage of the words; "we", "our", "us", "they" refers to Alien Hosting, the usage of the words; "you", "user", "users", "customer", "your" refers to you, the customers of Alien Hosting.
Payment & Billing Policy
When placing an order, either by PayPal, or using Credit Card over PayPal, you are agreeing to our TOS/AUP.
Submitting incorrect or false information/data, including fraudulent use of Credit Card Number(s) will result in immedient account termination and/or future purchasing from Alien Hosting.
You agree that additional fees may/will be added if the users requires additional service(s) after the agreed payment amount.
Late Fee(s)
A fee of $15.00 will be subjected to unpaid accounts after 5 days from due date. If payment has not been received 10 days after due date, the account will be suspended without notice. The customer will have the choice of retrieving the account. An additional charge of $20.00 will be subjected to reactivate an account that is suspended/terminated. The reactivation fee is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Termination & Cancellation Policy
Termination of your/an account can be done without notice if you violate the TOS/AUP.
Termination will only occur if you breech the TOS/AUP, you are obligated to pay ALL oweing fees to Alien Hosting.
Alien Hosting may charge an account another 1 months payment for termination of an account.This fee is NON-NEGOTIABLE
Alien Hosting MUST be notified 14 days(Fourteen, 2 Weeks) in advance of cancellation or a $5.00 charge will be subjected.
Cancellation of your account is your own choice, you are obligated to pay ALL oweing fees to Alien Hosting.
Downtime Policy
Scheduled Downtime is any delay/interruption of services, for the sole purpose of replacement of equipment/services or upgrades. This is to give you better service. Scheduled Downtime will only occour in notified downtime periods. Alien Hosting will try and give as much advance information/warning(s) as possible.
Unscheduled/Unpallned Downtime/Interruption or Network Outages in Services, during which you can't access your rented services. A Network Outage is only defined as a period in which 100% of all hosted services are down/can't access.
Backup Policy
Alien Hosting strongly recommends that you backup your own files/server, and keep copies of files for emergency purposes. If hardware failure and/or data loss occurs, you, the client are fully responsible for data restoration. Alien Hosting will not be responsible for any loss of data under any circumstance.
Refund Policy
Alien Hosting does only offer refunds for services that are faulty or arnt what was paid for.. This is non-negotiable.If a refund is offered, it is minus a setup fee, if a setup fee was paid.
IRC & IRC Bots
We currently do not allow IRC, IRC Bots or cgi on webhosting packages.
Storage & Bandwidth Policy
Users agree that they will not exceed the number of Bandwidth or Disk Storage of Megabits/Gigabits that was ordered.
Account Sharing Policy
Alien Hosting does not encouraged account sharing, but users may account share if they wish at there own risk. Alien Hosting will not be responsible if the user(s) that you give access to, disrupts/deletes files.
Reselling Policy
Alien Hosting does not allow reselling of our services provided to you. We reserve the right to terminate your services at any time if you are caught reselling.
Support Policy
Alien Hosting provides as much support as possible. We do not guarantee 24/7 support. The following below is our TOS when providing you with support: Alien Hosting only provides support related to what you have ordered. We do not give support for; programming/cgi programming, html, scripts, mod or any such thing like that. It is your responsibility to know what you are doing. Do not expect/think that Alien Hosting staff will teach you how to use tools that you are/did not rent from Alien Hosting. Alien Hosting does not provide support for non-renting customers.
Modifications Policy
Alien Hosting possess the right to modify/discontinue services at any time, with/out notice to you. Alien Hosting staff will not be liable or legally responsible for damage/loss if such a change should occour.
Promotion(s)
Alien Hosting may off promotions with a Percentage or Money discount. Promotions cannot be used with custom packages, nor can they be used on addons purchased separately.
Other
Alien Hosting does not host services on a Dedi(Dedicated Server), we host our services on a VPS(Virtual Private Service).
All our IP's are used of our BVHosts and also used for IRC'd. This will in no way effect the IRCd itself or how it runs.
There are currently problems with port 6667. This will in no way effect your server, all it will do is not allow users to connect via port 6667. The suggested port to use is 6668. This problem is getting fixed.
