Hello. I am aware of Mr. McTigue's recent dispute of the two transactions of $50 and $20 to my account, by saying the transaction was entirely unauthorized. However, this is untrue. Rather, it is simply a reneging of a verbal contract construed between the two of us. To summarize, Mr. McTigue explained to me that he was visiting here in New York City from Indiana, and needed his laptop computer reformatted. I performed this service, he logged onto my Internet connection through my own laptop, and proceeded to send the first $50 for this service, and the $20 he owed from a previous service.

However, I received a call earlier today in which Mr. McTigue claimed that his "software" was missing, and requested a refund. When I informed him that a reformatting does not require any software installment, and that I was not obliged to deliver a refund, he abruptly hung up, and has apparently claimed that this payment occurred without his consent.

Obviously, this is just a case of someone being unsatisfied with a service that they requested. Any assistance with this situation is appreciated, as a hold on this money, which is rightfully mine, strongly impedes on my life, and I would like it resolved quickly.
