Hey, Andrew.
Jack and I have been working together in STF since March 2005. Our first true interaction (besides IRC <G>) was when I served as his Gamemaster Mentor for his training mission on the USS Asimov. Then, I was Election Coordinator and he was a presidential candidate. As we all know, elections are a high-stress, high-emotion time and I was truly amazed at how well Jack managed his campaign.
Once he was appointed President, we interacted even more, as I served as Gamemaster Director, then Assistant Internet Director. I found that I agreed with Jack's management style and that we communicated well. Since then, well, he's been stuck with me in a variety of roles, from being his boss (and now co-worker) in the Internet Department to letting me help redesign his Academy pages. <G> I'm currently serving as his Gamemaster on the USS Valkyrie, as well as both a Commanding Officer and a Gamemaster in the Academy.
Why do I think Jack and I will make a great team? The most important thing is that we complement one another. We both share similiar mindsets and backgrounds, but we approach issues with different ideas and solutions. We communicate on the same level and we both understand that we are just that: a team.
