Hey, Andrew.
Jack and I have been working together in STF since March 2005. Our first true interaction (besides IRC <G>) was when I served as his Gamemaster Mentor for his training mission on the USS Asimov. Then, I was Election Coordinator and he was a presidential candidate. As we all know, elections are a high-stress, high-emotion time and I was truly amazed at how well Jack managed his campaign.
Once he was appointed President, we interacted even more, as I served as Gamemaster Director, then Assistant Internet Director. I found that I agreed with Jack's management style and that we communicated well. Since then, well, he's been stuck with me in a variety of roles, from being my boss in the Academy to letting me help redesign his Academy pages. <G>
Why do I think Jack and I will make a great team? The most important thing is that we complement one another. We both have a very military mindset (and the leadership training to back it up), but we approach issues with different ideas and solutions. We communicate on the same level and we both understand that working together for the club is much better than him enjoying his VP title. <G>
