Mowing cemeteries in Connecticut one summer till I got sick from the heat and/or drinking a whole gallon of this nasty cheap cool-aid-like fruit punch during the course of the day.

Sweeping floors and somewhat deconstructing unused old generators and tidying the back lot using a forklift to move the big stuff in Connecticut when I was 14-15

Raking blueberries in Maine during a couple of summers. We'd toss a gallon jub of water in the freezer in the evening and sip from it all day long as it thawed.

Working for the Forest Service , counting signs of bugs and other pathogens in mountainous forests in and around Utah. I once got the Expedition that we drove airborne while crossing a flooded stream bed.

Putting together slides for the Architecture department's library during my 1st year of college

Cleaning the messy sculpture rooms in art college where they used plaster of paris.

Cleaning offices in the late afternoon, part time.

Setting up meeting rooms and banquets at a big hotel. Cockroaches everywhere.

Cleaning/tidying up a campground after winter. I got to drive a tractor with a little bucket on the front- my first introduction to manual transmissions. It was stiff and fussy; I stalled it a lot.

Through-the-mail job making plaster mold prototypes of old coins for this guy who was going to use them to make replicas. It was really hard and he was very fussy.

Working at a silkscreen shop that mostly did t-shirts. The boss was an asshole, he was willing to be mean to anyone if it meant he came out a little bit ahead. He was always late paying his bills too, and when they tried to call him to get him to pay them he was rude and pushy until they gave in and let him do it his way. Messy, disorganized and lazy too. He lived in this tiny apartment in the back of the shop. He'd often goof on getting jobs done because he'd forget to get them through the shop when they needed to be. Very much one of my least favorite people I've had to deal with.

Designing, cutting and painting stencilled designs on these dorky little canvas buckets. The designs were tacky little touristy things- lighthouses, flowers, birds. The owner of the place was this somewhat-wealthy older lady who was very into marketing and this was her first attempt at running a business. She was often very insincere :/ Her husband would come by every now and then. He had his own successful business and was very patronizing about the wife's "hobby business."
