I'd like to ask you more about the incident in which you posted. I was going to add my own comments myself, but it seems the thread was closed.
It was most likely Mayu, though she plays as "Kurosawa" more than anything else. Anyway...
I'm not entirely sure what went on, since I wasn't there...but there are a few things I'd like to comment on.
First...We GMs and Admins sometimes have a rough time here. We're constantly helping people, and every once in awhile we'd like to just relax and play for once. Perhaps this is what this GM was going on about...she didn't wish to leave a game just because of her status. You must remember, that we're players too. We like to play as well as help others. Having to leave a fun game hurts us just as much as if we were normal players, if not moreso.
Second...we can't just "create a normal character". The GameMaster or Commander powers stretch throughout our whole entire account. That would mean we would need to create a whole new account and whole new character from scratch, and no, we don't get extra levels. We'd have to start all over just because someone is complaining to us about unbalancing a game. Not many of us would go through that trouble.
Not to mention, that would mean we couldn't use our powers either. If someone's hacking, we'd have to leave the game, log out, switch to our normal account, log back in...that takes time, and eventually that hacker would leave, making us miss our opportunity.
We understand your grievance, but please look at it in our point of view. Sometimes we get a little annoyed at others...sometimes we just want to relax...Sometimes we can't help but say "No" just one time so then we can finally enjoy a little downtime. It happens...and, knowing Mayu, I doubt she would've made a gigantic impact on the game anyway :P I kid of course, she's good..and usually very nice.
I hope you take all this to heart. We would love for you to come back, especially since the patch is coming VERY soon.
