"Opposing Kingdoms"
“Episode One”
FADE IN:
EXT. The Genesis Kingdom – Passegeway
The view is on several feet, running by, each wearing sandles and white socks, visible as the men run by, creating a clicking sound of there feet hitting the ground.
Int. Genesis Palace – Thrown Room
The Genesis King is in the room with a guard nearby at the door.
Genesis King
What am I doing? Why do I
keep thinking bad thoughts?
There's nothing to be nervous about.
It's good we've declared peace.. Isn't
it?
Ext. The Genesis Kingdom - Allyway
Zere
Move in... ... ... Now!
Each man disappears from the scene, a gust of wind sweeps over the
area.
Ext. The Genesis Castle - Balcony
The Genesis King
And so, we are happy to announce peace with the
people of the Phoenix Kingdom! We hope to benefit
from this new peace!
Five of the men from earlier, excluding Zere, appear on the ledge of the balcony. They all jump off, each exploding. View is on Zere who is on the balcony facing the Genesis King.
Genesis King
What is the meaning of this!?
Zere grins, breaking out into histarical laughter.
Zere
I'm going to take your life, old man.
Genesis King
Zere, stop at once! What are you doing!?
Zere's hands light up with a green aura and move toward the Genesis King, who dodges and appears on the ledge, behind Zere.
Genesis King
Zere, stop now! I do not want to battle you!
The Genesis King pushes Zere down before flying above, over Zere.
Zere
Too late, old man! I'm going to take your life!
Then, I'll take the Genesis Kingdom as my own!
Zere flies into the air, across from the Genesis King.
Genesis King
If I must stop you, then so be it.
A blue, solid orb appears in the Genesis King's hand.
Zere
Hm? What is this? I haven't seen this attack.
Genesis King
That's because it's made of Genesis Magic. The thing
you don't have. That's what this is about, right, Zere?
You're mad because you – your kingdom. All of Zadan. They
don't have Genesis Powers.
Zere
SHUT-UP, OLD MAN!!
Genesis King
I will activate the seventh paradox orb! You will
be sealed in the orb for the rest of eternity, Zere!
Zere grins and starts laughing again.
Genesis King
Activate, Seventh Paradox Orb! Slumber my target now!
Zere
Ultimate re-generation chaos! Mass Explosion!
The orb starts to emit a bright light as Zere exploads a big explosion. Soon the screen is just whiteness and zoom is on the Genesis King, grinning before his eyes close. The screen soon goes back to normal. There is no Zere insight. Both the orb and the king fall to the balcony.
[Theme song]
There is a black screen and white text saying, “One hundred years later..”
Ext. Outside Memory Village
Zoom. Night Sky
Zoom. Watchtower/Guard
Guard
Ah.. What a beautiful night. It's so clear and w- huh?
Oh! Lady Hikaru! What are you doing out so late? It's only-
Huh?
The Guard starts to float into the air. He reaches around, but he has no control. He then starts to scream.
Zoom. Night Sky
Int. Genesis Head Clan Quarters – Furniture-less room.
Zoom. Shadow on yellow wall of Hikaru walking.
Zoom. Hikaru, walking across dead bodies with faces obscured.
Hikaru walks up to Baby K2323 and Kai
Hikaru
You two.. Aren't dead yet?
K2323 and Kai giggle.
Hikaru
Why.. Didn't you die? Was it because..
Maybe, because of the dragon powers?
The Genesis Dragon? But I thought I
was the only one in the family who was
immortal!
Hikaru reaches her hand out. A red aura expands around it. She walks forward toward K2323 and Kai. Her hand reaches out to them, but a green bubble appears, making contact with her hand. She is sent back across the room, hitting the wall.
Hikaru
I.. can't kill you? But... Then what? .. Maybe..
I could seal away the dragon powers. It wouldn't
kill, but.. Genesis Dragon! Seperate! White and Black!
Now! Seal!
The twins float into the air. Wind starts blowing inside the room. The two then land on the ground and the wind stops. Hikaru leaves the room. After a few moments, Zere appears. He starts laughing. Konjan then arrives. He sees Zere and turns pail for a second.
Konjan
Z-Zer.. Zere? Is it.. Really you? B.. But.. How?
Zere
Shocking, isn't it? The girl – Hikaru. She sealed the
Genesis Dragon's powers away. Now the twins can't use them.
The girl's only five. Her power is amazing. She butchered the
pathetic clan we're standing amongst!
Konjan
You monster! When did you return?!
Zere
It's too bad. She couldn't kill them. Of course,
I can! And.. I will!
Zere begins running toward the twins. Konjan gasps. He and the twins disappear from the scene, leaving Zere to halt.
Zere
GRRRRRRRRRRR.. KONJANNNN!!
Int. Guardian Dimension – Basement Bedroom.
Konjan appears, one baby in each hand. He walks over and places the two in a crib before walking to the stairs and disappearing from the room.
Int. Guardian Dimension – Hallway
Konjan stops when he sees two other figures – Glenn and Marai – near him.
Marai
Konjan! You're back! Did it go good?
Konjan
Yeah.. But... I.. Um..
Glenn
Well, where are the twins?
Konjan
Downstairs.. I need to go.
Konjan exits down hallway.
Int. Office room
On one side of a desk sits an older man. On the other sits Konjan.
Konjan
Grand elder.. I have perilous news. Zere.. Has returned.
Int. Conference Room
Several people, Konjan included, sitting on chairs. Elder on stage.
Elder
As many of you know, Konjan went on a mission to retrieve
the Genesis Twins after Hikaru killed all of the members, those two
excluded, of the head clan of Memory Village. On his mission, Konjan
discovered the most un-fortunate news... The Orb of Zerdian has broken.
Zere... Has returned.
There are gasps among the crowd.
Elder
Everyone is to be on full alert. Dismissed.
The crowd clears, except for Glenn, Marai, and Konjan.
Elder
You three.. I want you to go backup Memory Village.
The three each nod. They disappear.
Ext. Memory Village Remains
There are ashes everywhere when Glenn, Marai, and Konjan arrive. They gasp at the sight.
Zoom. Zere and Hikaru on pile of ashes.
Hikaru has a green book in her hands, open.
Glenn
We.. We're too late!
Zere
Oh, look! We have guests! Hikaru, why
don't you show them what you can do?
Hikaru
Of course! .. Mis Mo Kase No Fi Haseme To!
Glenn starts to float into the air. He looks around, gasping.
Konjan
Marai, get him down! I'll stop Zere!
Marai
Right!
Marai floats into the air as Konjan starts running toward Hikaru and Zere.
Zere
Hikaru, let's go!
Hikaru
Right!
Hikaru and Zere disappear; Konjan stops.
Konjan
Gr.. They.. They got away.
Glenn and Marai walk up to Konjan.
Glenn
And they destroyed Memory Village!
Zoom. Ashes
Fade Out.
Fade in.
Ext. Era Valley
Konjan is with K2323 and Kai (Thirteen).
Konjan
Now, K2323, gather the energy up!
K2323 (Hand Out-Stretched; Groaning)
I... I'm trying! It's not that easy!
Konjan
... K2323, why don't you take a break? Kai, you try.
