I was recently k-lined from freenode for alleged spamming. I have never spammed any person, channel, or service on the freenode network. I only use freenode to keep intouch with certain opensource software project communities and to ask programming questions from time to time.

The host I used at the time I was k-lined: n=jerkface@S0106000d3a2c0806.vc.shawcable.net
The registered nickname I used at the time I was k-lined: jerkface0

I've already tried taking up this issue with a freenode staffer (Gary). He insisted that I contact this e-mail, and he did not provide me with any evidence linking me to any alleged spamming.

*I HAVE NEVER SPAMMED ANY PART OF FREENODE.
I HAVE NEVER PLANNED TO SPAM ANY PART OF FREENODE.
I HAVE NO INTENTION OF SPAMMING ANY PART OF FREENODE IN THE FUTURE.*

Please REMOVE the k-line, as I have done NOTHING wrong. If not, please provide me with RELEVANT EVIDENCE pertaining to my guilt.

Getting back on the freenode network is a 5-minute process. All I have to do is call my ISP and tell them to switch my IP. However, instead of blatantly circumventing a ban, I'd much rather have a chance to defend myself against these baseless accusations.
