Ok so me or my daughter are on live. We need a question answering so we seek out a ambasador. UNLUCKLY for us we find hooded and ask him a question already answered else where? Is it ok for us to be called idiots?
The ambasadors are for live and forums. Like i said i will reserve my judgment about how this comunity is run by seeing how this is handled.
My 16year old daughter has a 360wrapped up for XMAS. But this has shocked me THIS IS A LEVEL7 USER AND A AMBASADOR!!!!!!
I dont think i want my children exposed to this kind of abuse. MICROSOFT DONT SUPPORT THIS GUY SURELY???
I mean random people on live may be abusive but a LEVEL7 XBOX AMBASADOR?.
