The federal government is totally broken right now; it does not represent a societal consensus. Rather, it represents a center place of varying political interests where millions of divided Americans try to gain control over each other with corporate, foreign, and political supergroups trying to manipulate the same process to their ends.

The best thing for America right now is to suspend the federal government and return all governmental functions to the states where the political process can occur on a more local level.

Although fudge-packers are defective, in my opinion, they are not a chief social concern right now. They represent a symptom of social disease rather than the cause.
