Dr. Paul, you have stated in the past that Iran does not pose a threat to the United States. The current US administration seems to disagree. Has the Bush administration been wrong all this time? How would your policy for Iraq and the Middle-East reduce a potential threat to the USA and our troops?
Dr. Paul, you have said "Congress proposes spending roughly $3 trillion in 2008. About one-third of this $3 trillion is so-called discretionary spending; the remaining two-thirds is deemed “mandatory” entitlement spending, which means mostly Social Security and Medicare." How will this be paid-for if we eliminate the income tax and allow people to opt-out of these programs?
Dr. Paul, I understand how the Fed pumps money into the system and creates inflation, which hurts wage-earners, people on fixed incomes and people with savings accounts. But how come so many "economists" seem to be OK with all of it?
