: Well,
:
: Since I declined the nomination this time around I get to ask questions of everyone MUAHAHAHAHAA!!!!!
:
: ~regains his Wolfely composure ~
:
: To the presidential candidates:
:
: - In this term Jen requested that each cabinet member post a public agenda, linked from their MOTD. Do you believe this was effective? Would you continue this? If you would, why? If you wouldn't, why?

I think that this is an excellent idea, although I believe it wasn't implemented on all department MOTDs this term. I plan to ensure that it IS implemented, as it gives members a quick way to see what's going on in a department and what's available to participate in.

:
: - The office of President is, I think we can all agree, a stressful one. How do you each deal with the stress that can come with senior positions? Do you feel that you have the mettle to maintain a calm and positive behaviour, especially during difficult times and if so, why?

With two years experience in government, often holding multiple positions, I've certainly learned how to manage STF stress. <G> I have no issue maintaining a calm face in public, which I've demonstrated on numerous occasions, including many difficult. Like most people, I have ways that I relax. Primarily, I fall back on my support group of friends, both in real life and online, who provide valuable insight and hugs when necessary. I also have a number of non-STF hobbies, including knitting and martial arts (both instructing and practicing...and who can't resist smiling when one of your students gives you a huge high five?! <G>).

:
: To both the presidential and vice presidential candidates:
:
: - What do you see as your best quality for discharging the duties of your office?

My best quality is hands down my dedication. I've devoted hours upon hours of time to STF because I truly love the club and I want to see it improve for the best. I've volunteered to do everything from designing MOTDs to writing leadership courses to converting the TM to the Library format (that one I regretted <G>).
:
: - What do you see as your worst quality which could potentially cause problems in discharging the duties of your office?

I see my worst quality as the flipside of dedication: my inability to say "no". This results in way too many on-going projects at once and the need to step back and take a deep breath before getting burned out. Fortunately, I've managed to figure out for myself what's truly important and what other people could manage; the fine art of delegation is not lost on me. <G>

:
: One final question also for all candidates:
:
: - In 100 words or less, why should we vote for you?
:
: Many thanks
:
: Andy

Oooh, I get 80 more words this time! <G>

Jack and I have both the experience and the enthusiasm to provide an enjoyable role-playing environment for every member of STF. We are hard-workers dedicated to providing the support necessary to ensure that the club functions optimally. We will provide opportunities for people to get involved and to contribute, as well as opportunities to solidify the community that already exists. And, while this all sounds serious, we know when it’s time to step back and have some fun!

Thanks, Wolfy!
