exten => s-ALL-BUSY,2,Gotoif($[${OPTION} = 0] ?s,20)
exten => s-ALL-BUSY,3,Gotoif($[${OPTION} = 1] ?s,30:s,40)

This works fine untill caller hangs up without making any selection, the ${OPTION} becomes empty and it messes all the logic.
