I've fixed bugs with mikmod freezing on some XM files. Also some *.IT
files was not playable(actually there was quite stupid mistakes by other
developers :) ). Now all of them playable. So, basically, all supported
files from keygenmusic are now playable :)
I'm not familiar with sourceforge, but if i have rights i'll apply that
fixes and release libmikmod 3.1.11b and 3.2.0-beta3.

I don't touch 'MikMod'(player) code yet, only libmikmod.

Fixes are already in cvs version.
