The time has come to bring about much needed change to our group. It is a bit overdue, but to make sure we have thought out every aspect of this change it was necessary to wait. This Saturday August 25th Heart Unit will hit the reset button and start all over. We have decided upon some major changes that will effect the way we operate as well as membership responsibilities and requirements. So we urge you to bear with us and read this over carefully as we have taken the time to extend our efforts to the membership in hopes that we can bring back our legacy and reputation as the best Pest Control team the game has to offer.

First order is that the requirements have been raised to 110+. This was a tough decision but one we felt would only help bring a certain level of quality to the games. Our current members, like in the past, will not be affected by the new requirement, once Heart Unit always Heart Unit. There is a window of opportunity here until Saturday at 6pm GMT for 100-109 friends to join, tell them to get in fast.

A few new member groups will be created to recognize our active Pest Control members. These new groups will hold special rank and will have access to a new sub-forum (which will include the world page) that is restricted to Pest Controllers. This new sub-forum will contain the world page, a discussion board, and exclusive guides that cover game play strategies and team management. All new and current members will have to APPLY for the basic rank of Squire. Promotions to Knight and Champion will be based on activity and will be carefully decided. All other member ranks (member, advanced member, retired) will be set to member.

There are however a few new requirements, one of which was already mentioned, the other requirement concerns activity. In order to become a part of our elite Pest Control group you must be actively participating in the games and/or contributing to the management of the team.

Despite what most of you make of the new game it is no where near as bad as it seems. Yes you have to work harder and longer each game, yes you get less points than you used to, and yes you have to spank monsters now... But Pest Control is still the fastest combat experience in the game, and one of the only ways to train with a group of people. If anything, this game is about building friendships and meeting new people, if you choose to play this game alone then that is your choice, but where is the fun in training on monsters when there is no one around to urge you on? Why not play this game as it was meant to played, with people, with your friends! Interact, learn, share your experience, and have some fun.

As always, your support and dedication is much appreciated.

Sincerely,

The Heart Unit Staff

P.S. We have included this video to give you an idea of what we have been working on... Enjoy!
