Fellow OSX86ers!

I have so far tried two different methods of installing Leopard to my computer - Brazil's DVD and the flat image (which I'm led to believe is from Brazil’s patched DVD image). I have a 160gb hard drive that I have dedicated to this, however both methods produce nearly exactly the same error.

DVD Error:

Pop it in, boot from disk, I get "Darwin X86" and the information about pressing F8, I do so and then type "-v" for verbose mode - it then starts loading everything from the disk and unfortunately it simply reboots without an error quite a long way through but it's too fast to say where - possibly around

Flat Image Error:

Extraction to hard drive went just fine, it is the only partition on that harddrive but when I boot from that hard drive I get a flash of "Darwin x86" just as before (no kext loading etc, but just that single line), and then bam - reboot. I tried in verbose mode and managed (after a few trys) to snap the picture "Darwin x86.png" (below). The last line in that picture is last line on the screen - after that it immediatley reboots. Please note, that image was snapped with my camera - I am NOT running it in VMware!

System Specs:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 6600 @ 2.40ghz
RAM: 2 GB
Graphics Card: NVidia 8800GTS 640mb Graphics card
Motherboard: ASUS P5N32-E SLi (Socket 775, nForce 680i)
Leopard Hard drive: Samsung HD161HJ SATA 160gb

Ideas of mine:

I'm strongly suspecting an issue with the graphics card driver or when the kernel loads the processor, given such a hard reboot, but the processor should be fine, and appears to load correctly in the screenshot so I'm leaning toward the graphics card. Fortunately, the partition created by the flat image extraction can be read from my windows install as I have MacDrive, which can read HFS+ drives, so if there is patching that needs to be done, should be quite easy, hopefully.

Unfortunately, I don't have the expertise, knowledge or prior experience to expand on these ideas and would greatly appreciate anyone who can offer some insight and hopefully I can get this working!

-------------------UPDATE------------------------------

Update!

Just attempted booting and installing from ToH_x86_9A581_RC2.iso to get past where it rebooted before (sweet) only to kernel panic later on (not so sweet), from what i can tell, whilst booting drivers for my video card.

Any ideas?

System specs as above.
