Diverse new technologies are appearing in the market to optimize the corporative key operations and to make easier the life of the people day by day. One of the areas that advanced is the telecommunications areas, where a great revolution in the telephony system is taking place. The current network of commuted circuits is gradual being replaced by network commuted packages, that originally was only used for the traffic of data.
This change is beneficial for all, therefore it reduces costs and adds new functionalities to the public telephony system. In view of these materialized benefits already, this project explores the implementation of a information system, that will make possible communication between users through protocol SIP. The System must be robust and responsible for making the localization of the requested user, calls management, call setup and terminate calls. Basically, the system searches the interaction between users simulating a common phone call through the internet.
