Hiya, Kangi.
Here are my top five goals, although they're not in any order, except for #1.
1) Ensure that STF is fun for everyone!
2) Give members the support they need at every level of the club, from cadet to admiral.
3) Encourage people to get involved and truly make it your club.
pi) Give everyone an animal alias... just kidding. <G>
4) Address membership recruitment, advertising, and existing member retention.
5) Double-check that all of the fleets and ships have what they need to be great places to play.
