Cloning is the process of genetically copying an animal body tissue (for example a single organ or an entire organism). Therefore, it can be used to produce a tissue in order to replace a bad one.
In my opinion, cloning can be accepted if it is used to save lives. It can be lot more effective than techniques available today. An advantage being that of total freedom in choosing which organs to clone and from whom, which also reduces the risk involved.
However, there are some negative points. For example, the possible loss of identity is a dangerous issue related to cloning. Also, the error rates are high, so there can be tissues with deficiencies.
In conclusion, this technology bring new possibilities, yet it can be dangerous. It is also an evidence of how much humans have developed.
