Hello! To save you the trouble, I'll tell you what you have to do.
Since gameguard detects if there are any modifications to the memory, you have to make it so that termination makes no modifications to the memory!!
In this latest version, nForce added the Quick Teleport and Navigator Teleport options.
Those two functions are what is causing term to get detected.
Simply put, start up a UCE that bypasses rev920 and then start up the 5th december Neuz that termination works with (don't run FlyFF Launcher!!!). Dump the opcodes, to do that open up your disassembler and then click file>save disassembled output and dump from 00400000 to 00500000.
Now, download process explorer and run it. Make sure that GameGuard Down.dll won't run, and then run FlyFF Launcher (make sure your flyff is in windowed mode).
As soon as you see the white screen, (before GameGuard.des is executed) "suspend" Neuz.exe in process explorer.
Do the above steps to dump the opcodes again, and from there, use a program like examdiff pro to compare the two dumps. You will see that two different sections of the memory have been replaced with "jmp"'s I.E. hooks. That is what is being detected.
Look at the addresses and what their opcodes are, you can see what they "should" be in the side that has the untouched Neuz.exe dump.
Write an autoassembler script to replace the overwritten bytes and inject it when Neuz starts up, before you see the GameGuard logo, but after the white screen appears.
Best of luck with that! Any questions, feel free to ask.
