Amarok 1.4.1 ships with support for playback of last.fm streams - a first for a general purpose music player. I just started playing with the last.fm radio streaming; it has no ads and it provides music based on what I listen to, a good way to be introduced to new artists or new albums of artists you already like. 1.4.1 is also noticeably more responsive on track changes.
