I've talked to Exolent about this, and he somehow agreed to organize, tell me what you think about it. Hopefully, if everything goes well, this might be up soon
So, here are the precisions:
Team rules:
It will be teams of TWO (2), you can choose your teammate, both have to agree to be together. Scrims will be 2 Vs 2, the winner passes to the next level. We will randomly pick the teams that will play against each other.
Maps:
When subscribing your team, you must include the name of 5 maps you would like to play on, the blocks will be the same as on the jNr server. After all subscriptions, we will take the 5 most popular maps, and use those. We will randomly pick one of the 5 maps for each scrim, for the final, we might just take the most popular map.
Scrim rules:
I designed a new scrim system, and Exolent is trying to code this. It's pretty simple, each team plays 5 rounds on T and 5 rounds on CT. Then, there is a simple pointing system.
Kill = 2 points
Round win = 1 point
Suicide = -1 point
At the end of the 10 rounds, the team with the most points win. In the rare case of a DRAW, we add a round on each side, until there is a clear winner.
HnS rules:
Pretty simple too. No boosting, no bhop block or body blocking. Since it is only 4 players in a scrim, it hopefully won't be too hard to get everyone at the same time, but in case there is someone missing, we might let to other one SOLO it, if not, it's a forfeit.
Everyone is allowed to participate, i'm going to set up an e-mail for this, both member of the team will have to send an email with their name, their steamid's and their 5 favorite maps.
