I can't seem to be able to get into the chrome of firefox. Steps I've followed:
- copied the whole "Mozilla Firefox" to a new location I'll refer to in the following lines
- creation of a test-only profile "temp"
- setting the environment variable MOZ_NO_REMOTE to 1
- changed chrome/browser.manifest to:
content branding browser/content/branding
content browser browser/content/browser
overlay chrome://global/content/viewSource.xul chrome://browser/content/viewSourceOverlay.xul
overlay chrome://global/content/viewPartialSource.xul chrome://browser/content/viewSourceOverlay.xul
overlay chrome://browser/content/pageInfo.xul chrome://pippki/content/PageInfoOverlay.xul

- unzipped browser.jar into the subfolder chrome/browser/, so I've ended with the folder chrome/browser/content/browser/
Yet, firefox still attempts to open browser.jar, ending with this error: "Firefox can't find the file at file:///E:/code/refactory/Mozilla Firefox/chrome/browser.jar!/content/browser/browser.xul.". What am I missind ?
