he: Hi I am sorry to hear that but as far as I am aware it has been correctly described in my listing. You say your motherboard is incompatible,I take it you are putting this in a Laptop and not a Home system? The model type T7100 corresponds with a Laptop CPU which is also mentioned a few times in the listing. I would love to take it back in but I feel like I have done nothing wrong, can you not sell it on? The best I could do if you did not want to sell it on is give a 50% refund as I still have to pay paypal, ebay listing, relisting and final value fees on it!! Kind Rgds Ian

Me: You are correct in your assertion that it's a laptop CPU, but it's incorrectly listed as a socket 479 processor when in actual fact according to the Intel spec. sheet states it's actually 'Socket M'. Admittedly it's regrettable that I only discovered the listing error after purchasing it but I bid for the item on the strength of the specs it was listed under.

You are also correct in saying that I could always sell it on myself but I feel that as the item was incorrectly listed I should have some redress through you, the seller of the item.
