configure: error: *** Didn't find any of FreeType, X11, or Win32.
*** Must have at least one backend to build Pango.



I check if I have it installed...
root@[/tmp/pango-1.8.2]# apt-cache policy fontconfig

fontconfig:
  Installed: 2.4.2-1.2


What Gives?
