Description:
Just like the previous version this is a very big FFA map with lots of nature objects like trees, hills, river, rocks, bushes etc.
You can always just sit in the river, shoot your enemies and 'go with the flow' or fly through the trees with wings.
It's good to have a look around and make sure nobody is hiding behind a bush or a rock ;)
Pros:
Design - This map's design is awesome. The variety in interesting objects placed so well around the map gives it a superb look. And don't forget the great drawinfo objects too. 3 hawks circling the players above the clouds and 2 drawinfo deer just like in previous version. The amount of squirrels have been minimized but hey can still be found near some of the trees.
Detail - Another stunning performance by Tedius giving the map these great details. All the great textures make the whole map a lot more interesting just like the drawinfo object mentioned above. The map also looks great with the mountains in the background. (Your client version must be 2.1.x to see the mountains)
Gameplay - For the 'all-rounder' player that just likes to drive around and use a variety of different flags this is the perfect map. There are tons of ways to play it. Not only using all the objects to sneak up behind players with stealth but also sniping from long distances or taking out the enemies with wings.
So as you can see there is no main strategy for playing the game.
But the gameplay on this map might not suite everyone. Players that ONLY like sit in one corner and camp all day might get a little bored on here because there is a lot more to it then just that. But you can't make everyone happy. :)
Cons:
Size - As the map is very big and the radar is set very small usually it's easy to lose your orientation on the map and get lost.
Framerate - Because of all the polygons in this map a lot of players have problems with their FPS when it's crowded and they grab wings
Conclusion: Overall a really nice looking map with good gameplay too. It can get a little boring after a while but it's really fun for a quick game with friends.
