El bug se hace mas evidente cuando tienes el scroll abajo y resize el scrollPane hasta cambiar el numero de columnas , el ViewPort toma una medida anterior y no refresca el scrollpane

el problema que no se donde programar ... , viewport viewportLayout scrollpane scrollpaneLayout ? , creo que no fue acertado el reescribir flowLayout ,pero me parecía interesante que los childs resize el panel parent,en este ejemplo http://buho29.net/swf/TestFrameFactory.swf el panel que contiene los buttons usa FlowParentLayout;

The bug becomes more evident when you scroll down and resize the scrollPane to change the number of columns, the ViewPort takes a step above and does not cool the scrollpane
