Hey Jeff.
We've changed networks in the TRS chat room, so I need you to edit the chat room post if you wouldn't mind.
I need "DALnet" changed to "Zone-9" in the second paragraph.
And I need
When you start XChat for the first time, you'll see a network list pop up. look through that list for DALNet. Select it from the list, and then hit edit. Once you're in the edit window for DALNet, check the box labeled "connect to this network on startup", and then under "channels to join", type #totallyradshow. Hit close, and then back in the network list. Choose a nickname as well as backup nicknames for yourself in the text fields above. Once you've done that, select skip network list on startup, and then hit Connect. XChat will now automatically connect to DALNet and join #totallyradshow whenever you fire it up.
changed to.
When you start XChat for the first time, you'll see a network list pop up. The first thing you'll need to do is click "Add" on the right. Name the connect whatever you want. It really doesn't matter. Just use something you'll remember.
Once you've added a new server, click it so its highlighted and then click the "Edit..." button on the right. A new window will pop up. You'll see a server list at the top of this new window. Highlight the server listed and click the "Edit" button and type "trs.zone-9.net/6667" (without the quotes) in place of whats already there. Then click in the empty white space under it so it doesn't reset its self.
Once you've done that, go down to the "Channels to join:" field and type in "#totallyradshow" (Again, without the quotes.). The last step, make sure you have "Use SSL for all servers on this network" unchecked. If it's checked, it won't connect.
Now, click the "Close" button at the bottom of that window so it saves everything you've done, and click the "Connect" button on the main window and you everything should work smoothly!!
Its under the "Using XChat" section on the post.
Thanks in advanced mate! Hope to see you in IRC.
