CHALLENGE $order
Summary: You are trying to make an alias that will order numbers and letters. This challange will be broken up into 3 groups
Group 1:
This is if your not to good at scripting.
You need to order numbers 1 will be the lowest and 9 will be the highest
Basic order script
Examples:
$order(5 2 7 3 6) = 2 3 5 6 7
$order(3 3 2 1 5 9) = 1 2 3 3 5 9
NOTE: You don't need spaces it can be 2 3 5 6 7 or 23567
Group 2:
This is a little harder.
Its the same as challange 1 but... there is another trick. When $2 == r you need to change the order so its reversed
There will be numbers 1 - 100
$order(9 2 4 2 1,r) = 9 4 2 2 1 but without the ,r its 1 2 2 4 9
Examples:
$order(5 2 9 1 6 2,r) = 9 6 5 2 2 1
$order(5 2 9 1 6 2) = 1 2 2 5 6 9
NOTE: You DO need spaces it has to be 2 3 5 6 7
Group 3:
This is for the really smart people
There will be numbers 1 - 100 and letters a - z
You're now dealing with letters! you need to order them just like numbers
Examples:
$order(a c g j e h) = a c e g h j
$order(a c g j e h,r) = j h g e c a
Rules:
No sockets/Coms/DLL's
No addtok/deltok/findtok/gettok/instok/matchtok/numtok/puttok/remtok/reptok/sorttok/wildtok
No /filter
No /window
No regex in ANY form
Invalid formats: (These should return $false) Not the normal $null
$order(f 2 1)
$order(a aa aaa) If two or more letters are together it should return $false
if $2 isnt "r"
if $3 isnt null
Notes:
No capital letters will be used so you dont need to worry about them
With group 2 and 3 Letters/numbers need to be spaced
Vars/hashtables/txt/ini files dont need to be cleaned but it needs to work consecutively
Capitals are the same as lowercase
If it returns capitals or lowercase doesnt bother me
I wont be testing any characters like % only letters and numbers
I will make a test alias tomorrow and if it passes the alias it will be considered valid
Will be judged by kols byte counter dialog (bytesize)
