1) Practice

*) Practice thresholds - grade could be represented using input area
*) "Times practiced" "at most" 1000 could be replaced with "unlimited".

*) Word type selection - stange stuff (not Parley issue, I think):

   There are checkboxs before word types. If cliking on white
   space before those boxes or on first half of these boxes, it toggles
   their state, if on second half (right side), there is nothing happens.

1.1) Practice dialog could be more like practice _starting_, not
     configuration dialog. So it could be implemented like this:

     Practice button - opens practice "configuration" dialog, which
     could be splitten somehow into 3 logical sections: what?, how? and
     "options".

     1) Practice what: select words from which language (main column)
     you will "write".

     1.1) what exactly?

     "Main" words. (default) -
     Articles -> skip to 3
     Synonyms -> skip to 3
     Antonyms -> skip to 3
     Conjugations -> skip to 3

     2) Practice how:

     Written test. (default)
     Multiple choice.
     Mixed letters.
     Example sentences.
     Images.

     3) test specific options

     4) Now it remains to click on "Start practice" button or there could
     be also possibility to "Save current practice mode". See 1.4.

     Clicking on "Start practice" could save current selection per main
     columns. So if user starts some practice for "English" column, then
     this choice is remembered, but for the other column, practice
     options are not changed.

     (when should paraphrase be used?
     aren't synonyms or example sentences enough for words?

     And if learn sentences or expressions, it currently it is more
     comfortable create two different columns.

     But then synonyms, antonyms, [..] basically all other stuff becomes useless)

1.2) Practice dialog cleanup

   Remove "Enable sound", "Enable images", since they are more like
   indented for debugging purpouses.

   "Require 3 answers to count as right" - I don't think it is needed.
   Point of leitner system is grouping words to "groups" ("grades") and
   moving word +/- 1 (not 0.33) grade after right/false answer.
   Additional information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flashcard

   "Active entries during practice" - maybe there should be possibility to
   disable it, maybe somebody wants to limit active entries using lessons.

1.3) Blocking and tresholds are more like general settings.

     So, they could be moved (back) to general
     configuration.

     Practice options could be cleaned up a bit and remainings of that
     dialog could be moved (back) to global configuration.

1.4) Practice menu could be implemented as

     Practice
     -------
     (List of (main) columns, like "English", "Description", ..)
     -------
     (List of saved practice modes).
