Host OS:

IP 192.168.1.11

Guest OS inside vmware (bridged networking):

IP 192.168.1.12

Both hosts ping each other fine.

When I unplug the network cable, hosts don't ping eachother anymore, but doing ping 192.168.1.11 on the host OS still works fine.

Difference for ifconfig eth0 of the hardware NIC (host OS)

Any way to fix this issue?
