Hi Guillaume,
Thanks for developing the Jamendo plugin for Rhythmbox. I have a feature request for you that will solve a problem with using your plugin.
Here's the problem: As I am going through each artist and checking out new music, I need a way to delete the artist entries I don't really like and don't want to download or listen to anymore. Otherwise, how am I going to know what's been newly added when the plugin updates my list unless I memorize the entire catalog and can cross-reference what I've already checked out using only my memory! It's also inconvenient to have to scroll waaaaaayyyyyy down to where I last left off in my explorations because I can't delete old artists / entries and it's alphabetized by artist name.
It would be great to be able to manage the catalog through the Jamendo plugin the way I can manage my podcast subscriptions in Rhythmbox. Ideally, I'd like to work my way through the whole list of artists and delete the ones I don't like, keep the ones I do and easily check out new artists / submissions using the plugin.
Thanks again for writing the plugin...hope to see my features implemented someday.
I would have submitted this to rhythmbox-devel@gnome.org, but I don't want my e-mail address published on the web. Feel free to cut and paste the contents wherever you think other developers would want to review it (not sure if you're still the developer for this anymore). Thanks again.
Ben
